Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SkyGen Plus, including our AI image, AI video, AI music, account, credits, billing, and related website features.

By using SkyGen Plus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of your account
  • all activity conducted through your account
  • ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Service Scope

SkyGen Plus provides access to multiple AI generation tools, including:

  • AI Image
  • AI Video
  • AI Music

Available models, features, providers, settings, generation speed, and output quality may change over time without prior notice.

Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

SkyGen Plus uses a credit-based billing system.

One-Time Credits

One-time credit packages are non-subscription purchases. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the pricing page, one-time credits do not expire.

Subscription Credits

Monthly and yearly plans provide recurring credits for the applicable billing period. Subscription credits may expire at the end of the billing period if not used.

Pricing and Availability

  • pricing may change at any time
  • models may have different credit costs
  • future models may use the same credit balance, but pricing per model may differ
  • purchases are final except where refunds are required by law

You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees associated with your purchases and subscriptions.

Generated Content and Inputs

You are responsible for all prompts, uploads, instructions, and other content you submit to SkyGen Plus.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to use any uploaded files, reference materials, or other inputs you provide.

You must not submit or generate content that:

  • violates law or regulation
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt systems
  • is fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful
  • attempts to bypass safety systems, billing rules, or access controls

AI Outputs

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

SkyGen Plus does not guarantee:

  • output quality
  • output uniqueness
  • uninterrupted availability
  • fitness for any specific commercial, legal, medical, financial, or other purpose

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law
  • interfere with other users or service operations
  • use bots or automation in a way that harms the platform
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the service without authorization
  • evade charges, credits deduction, usage limits, or account restrictions
  • use the service for illegal, infringing, or harmful activity

Intellectual Property

SkyGen Plus, including the website, branding, software, product design, and service logic, is owned by or licensed to SkyGen Plus and protected by applicable law.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

You retain rights you already hold in your lawful inputs. Rights in AI outputs, if any, depend on applicable law and the rules of the relevant provider. You are solely responsible for determining whether you can use outputs for your intended purpose.

Third-Party Services

SkyGen Plus depends on third-party providers for AI generation, payment processing, infrastructure, storage, analytics, authentication, and related services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

Privacy

Your use of SkyGen Plus is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • your activity creates legal, billing, fraud, abuse, or security risk
  • required by providers, law, or technical operations

We may also discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Disclaimers

SkyGen Plus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyGen Plus and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or generated content, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SkyGen Plus for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyGen Plus and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the service
  • your prompts, uploads, or generated content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party right

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
